Refund and Return Policy
As most of our products are either custom built to a
client's needs or are fabricated to order, all sales are
final. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of
your order. We will do everything possible to help resolve
the problem with any of the items that our company has made
or sold.
Shipping Policy - Damaged Package or Item
We ship our products FOB shipping and all of our shipments
are fully insured. Be sure to inspect your item for damages
before shipper leaves your residence or place of business.
If item is boxed or crated, be sure to inspect box, crate
and the furnishings for any damages from shipment, and
contact the shipping company immediately upon receipt if
there is a problem. Keep the original box and packing
materials, as the damaged piece must be returned in the same
packaging. In most cases, you will need to fill out a claim
form directly with the shipper, as they would be directly
responsible for damages related to shipping and delivery. If
there is apparent damage with your delivery, talk directly
with the movers on how best to file a claim. We will do
everything we can to help expedite any damage claims with
the shipper.

Shipping Times on Gaming Tables
Please allow at least 3-5 weeks for delivery on all gaming
tables. We work hard to get your product out and delivered
as quickly as possible, but delays and extended shipping
times can occur.

discrepancies in the color of its products as variations can
occur depending on the color, stain and type of wood. All
colors contained in Casino Table Outlet's website are
representations only for they may vary from monitor to
monitor, computer to computer, person to person. For exact
color matches ask for samples to be shipped.

Please note that pricing on the Casino Table Outlet website
does not include sales tax (if applicable) unless the
product is delivered in the state of Tennessee. Custom
projects are priced based on the information described
within the written price quote provided for each custom
project. If the design evolves in scope, details, or work
required beyond the original quote then we would need to
re-quote these changes a t that point.
Customer must carefully review and approve any written
descriptions, drawings or finish samples if normally
provided with the product they are purchasing. All products
will be made to these specifications. Verbal approval by
customer shall be considered as a written approval, if
customer chooses not to send a written approval back to
Casino Table Outlet. All lead times quoted are close
approximations of the production time required for any given
design to ship point. Delays in production time may be
caused by slow approval of project drawings or finish
samples by customer, unforeseen complications with
availability of materials, schedules of any sub contractors,
design limitations, etc.
Casino Table Outlet will not be held responsible for delays
beyond its control. On site assembly or adjustment may be
needed on some projects and would be by others locally.
Casino Table Outlet accepts no responsibility for setup and
assembly performed by anyone other than Casino Table Outlet.
Production time from ordering might vary depending on the
complexity of the custom project and would be specified
within the price quote.
Casino Table Outlet cannot be held responsible for potential
problems with products that may occur in the client's home
or place of business and is not responsible for any injury,
harm or possible death that might occur in these places with
the proper or improper use of products. Neither can Casino
Table Outlet be responsible for products; such as, but not
limited to, wear and tear, expansion and contraction of
woods and joinery due to climatic changes, limitation of
finish materials in any given situation, choice of materials
or design chosen by designer or client, buyer's remorse or
any other liability whatsoever resulting from use of the
products. As all products are custom made to order,
handcrafted and one of a kind, no guarantee is expressed or
implied.
PAYMENT METHODS
We prefer payment via PayPal using the major credit card of
your choice but will gladly accept payment via Cashier's
Check, Money Order or your personal check (with a time delay
in shipping to allow your check to clear the bank).
NOTICE: Our shipping prices are based on orders
inside of the continental US. For shipping outside of the
US, please email us with your address for a shipping quote.
A tracking number will be provided for all UPS and FedEx
shipped orders.
CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS
All custom made items such as printed felts and are not
refundable.
CASINO TABLE OUTLET CUSTOMER SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY
It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to protect themselves
from accepting damaged merchandise. Before signing the
delivery receipt, the customer has both the right and
responsibility to do the following:
- Visually inspect all cartons for holes, tears, and
other indications of rough handling. Dropped table
damage can occur without visible box damage.
- Fully remove merchandise from cartons and visually
inspect it for any damage, NO MATTER HOW MINOR. Pay
particular attention to any areas that correspond to
damage appearing on the carton.
- If there is any damage, the customer is not
obligated to take delivery. They have the right to
refuse delivery and if they do so, The customer must
call 615-301-8663 or email casinotableoutlet@comcast.net
or FAX 615-346-9627 to notify Casino Table Outlet of
this refusal of delivery.
- If the customer accepts delivery, They are
responsible for all damages, whether or not the damage
was noticed at the time of delivery. The customer's
signature on the delivery receipt indicates they are
accepting the merchandise in "GOOD ORDER".
- If you cancel your order or refuse delivery after it
has shipped you will be charged for the shipping to you,
and the return shipping.
