Why Round Is Better
We believe the more educated the customer becomes the better choices he or she will make for themselves and their family. This is why we make every effort to explain every benefit and feature that our products have to offer. Whether or not you pick our poker table or a competitor's table, gather as much information as you can to be sure it is a poker table that you can enjoy for years to come.

Dealing is a breeze . . .

Most people don't realize why Texas Hold'em is played at a long banquet style poker table. It's not because the rules call for 10 players at the table. It's because at casinos, they want a designated dealer in the middle of that long table to be dealing to as many people as possible. More people, more money for the casino.

Most home games do not have a designated dealer and the deal is rotated around the poker table. This fact makes the long, so called, Texas Hold'em table impractical for home use. Dealing from end to end is difficult at best and the misdeals are annoying and time consuming.

With the round, poker table, dealing is a breeze. The casino style felt and slightly raised playing surface make dealing easy and fast with very few misdeals.

The group dynamics are much better. . .
Have you ever been to a restaurant with a large group of people that were seated at a long rectangular banquet table? Were you stuck at one end with someone that didn't talk much while the rest of the table was talking and having a great time? Then another time, you were seated with a large group at a round table where the conversation and interaction were much livelier between all the people? This was because all of the people at the round table were able to see each other face to face and carry on a conversation with everyone.

It is the same way with a round poker table versus a long casino style Texas Hold'em poker table. The group dynamics are much better at a round poker table. You get a better read on your opponent because everyone is facing each other. The view is good and the dealing is easy from any seat. Eliminate the friction with a round poker table.

Have it your way. . .
With an octagon table (8 person table) you have a flat side for each player. This is fine if you have 8 players at the table. But what if you have 5, 6 or 7 players? Then the flat sides are in the way of spacing out players evenly. The drink holders are probably built-in, creating more of a restriction in your effort to space out players evenly.

This is why our tables are round and have movable “Slide Under the Armrest Drink Holders” instead of built-in drink holders. You setup each player’s space the way you want. Whether you set up the table for 5, 6, 7 or 8 players, there is always plenty of elbow room. Have it YOUR way...with no restrictions.

Round poker tables . . . are much more versatile. . .
Round poker tables in general are much more versatile. Round tables tend to be better with other types of games that the whole family can enjoy. Since rooms are mostly square instead of rectangular, a round table will usually fit better.
